Our first commercial development is where people and ideas intersect.

We’ve seen the impact of development first-hand. What we choose to build, and where we choose to build it—these decisions have the power to shape the future of communities. It’s both a privilege and a responsibility to contribute to a place in this way, and we’re excited to see TheXchange bringing a new proposition for commercial space to our hometown of Langley. Not only will the new office building create leasing opportunities for businesses here—it will house the future head office for Infinity Properties.

This project marks a first for our company: building spaces exclusively for businesses that call the Fraser Valley home. This new commercial development is located in Carvolth, a central transit hub with retail shops, restaurants and entertainment just a short walk away. TheXchange adds two new three- and four-storey buildings with 97,000 square feet of office and commercial space, an outdoor events venue and landscaped central plaza that will help position Langley for future growth.

Not only does theXchange office offer a sleek design, it is also very accessible being located next to the Carvolth Transit exchange with quick access to Highway 1. Rendering by WCI | Rally Collaborative

We had a vision for our first commercial development. We wanted it to feel boutique, elevated—and anything but corporate. We partnered with Form Collective, an interior design firm that specializes in commercial projects, to create functional, beautiful spaces to serve a range of tenants. The interiors feel modern and welcoming, with high-end finishes and a sleek design. The future of urban development is mixed-use, and by bringing a new standard of architectural office space in Langley, we’ll create opportunities for local businesses to attract top talent and flourish.
