Our top priority is making sure you feel at home in your new space. Here is everything you need to know before, during and after you move in.




  • GET ACQUAINTED WITH YOUR NEW HOME

    In the lead-up to your move-in day, you’ll have the opportunity to see your new home in person. One of our team members will personally walk you through the space, show you all the important details and answer any questions you may have. You’ll learn all about the finishes, appliances, utilities and plumbing—anything and everything you need to know as a homeowner. And, you can take any measurements and photos you need to start planning your move.

  • GET THE KEYS TO YOUR CASTLE

    When the big day has arrived, we’ll meet you at your home to make it official. Once you have your keys in hand, an Infinity team member will answer questions that have come up since your orientation. We’ll also go over any details that will help you settle in comfortably—like how to set up your cable, schedules for garbage day and important community info. And then we’ll leave you to the fun part: housewarming!

  • ONGOING SUPPORT, WHENEVER YOU NEED IT

    Our handy Homeowner Portal is where you’ll find detailed information about your new Infinity home. You can access your owner’s manual, learn more about appliances and specifications and find answers to questions about strata living. This is also where you can quickly and easily reach out with any service requests.

For an active water leak, please turn off the main water shut off in your home. If you are within the first 2 years of your 2-5-10 New Home Warranty, call First Onsite Restoration at 1-877-778-6731. Otherwise please contact your strata management company for assistance. Any other issues not considered an immediate emergency will be addressed promptly on the following business day.
